Darl Duffey-Oats is the mother of three children. She has over 20 years of teaching experience. Darl’s professional career and public service experience includes extensive work in the educational field, not only assessing children’s needs, but also as a classroom educator. She has served as a California Early Childhood Education Mentor Teacher, Director and Owner of a Child Development Center, Motivational Speaker, Coordinator of youth programs in both the public and private sector, and has worked with children with special needs.
